How to Reach Riverside Hartwell

Our Trnava office is located on Štefánikova, one of the town's main commercial streets, a ten-minute walk from the historic city centre and easily accessible from the Bratislava motorway. We welcome scheduled in-person meetings and secure video consultations in equal measure. For prospective clients, the first conversation is always confidential and carries no obligation: there is no product to sell, no fund to pitch, and no fee at the exploratory stage. For existing clients, our client services line is available during office hours Monday to Friday. After-hours inquiries sent by email are addressed the following business morning.

Is there a fee for the initial consultation?

No. The initial consultation — whether in person in Trnava or by video call — is provided at no charge and carries no obligation. Its sole purpose is to establish whether a Riverside Hartwell mandate is appropriate for your situation. If it is not, we will say so clearly and suggest alternatives.

What should I bring or prepare for a first meeting?

No documentation is required at the first meeting. A brief summary of your current asset holdings, any existing insurance or investment arrangements, and your primary wealth objectives will allow us to have a productive conversation. Formal KYC documentation is only gathered once both parties agree to proceed with a mandate.

Do you work with clients outside Trnava and Bratislava?

Yes. Approximately one-third of our clients are based outside the Trnava-Bratislava corridor — in other Slovak cities or as Slovak citizens resident in other EU countries. We conduct all ongoing advisory work by secure video call and encrypted document exchange, so physical proximity to our office is not a requirement.
